To enable Single Sign-On via your Rock Creek Mail account:

First log in to your account directly on this screen

(follow password reset prompts and change/reset as needed)

then go to User Settings > Account and set up your 2FA (Two-factor authentication)

You can get to User Settings by clicking your user avatar icon in the sidebar and selecting "Edit profile"

After that, you can set up the Single Sign-On in the "Service sign-in" section right below the 2FA section on the Account page
